Vinyl Chloride Monomer (VCM) Production Improved in Japan

CHEMMONITOR.COM – Vinyl chloride monomer (VCM) production demonstrated considerable growth in June in Japan, according to the data recently released by Japan Petrochemical Association.

Domestic VCM output enhanced by 12,500 tonnes or 11.2 percent month on month. However, the figure was much lower if compared to June 2011. It dropped by 102,500 or 45.3 percent year on year. It was estimated at 123,900 tonnes.
