Major Brazilian Mining Corporation Announced Its Fertilizers Production Results

CHEMMONITOR.COM – The Rio de Janeiro-headquartered Brazilian international mining and diversified metals corporation Vale S.A. published its production achievements of Q2 2012.

The company manufactured about 80.6 metric tons of iron ore through April-June of the existing year. However, the overall production of the material in H1 2012 decreased by 1,260 metric tons to 150,545 metric tons from about 151,850 metric ton, in the same period of 2011.

In Q2 2012, overall coal production reached 2,500 metric tons. The figure is by 1,200 metric tons higher than in Q2 2011.
