CHEMMONITOR.COM – According to Japan Petrochemical Association, polyethylene (PE) manufacturers considerably lowered their capacities in the previous month. This led to a fall of production.

The output decrease is especially vivid amid low density PE (LDPE) companies. The latter ones generated 24,500 tonnes or 19.6 percent less material if compared to May 2012.
