Japan Reduced Polypropylene (PP) Production in May

CHEMMONITOR.COM – According to the data published by Japan Petrochemical Association, domestic polypropylene (PP) output demonstrated downsurge last month if compared to the April 2012 level.

Local PP manufacturers made 16,800 tonnes or 7.5 percent less PP month on month. However, the amount was considerably higher than the one in May 2011. It grew by 17,400 tonnes or 9.1 percent up year on year.
