Operating Units of Al Waha petrochemicals Company Closed for Over a Week

CHEMMONITOR.COM – Saudi Arabia-based Sahara Petrochemicals Company announced about the shutdown of all operating units of Al Waha Petrochemicals Company (Saudi Arabia). The shutdown was caused by a utility unit failure which occurred on August 17, 2014.

The plants will be repaired within a week. The shutdown is likely to lead to profitability losses in Q3 2014.
