VCM Plant of SP Chemicals Pte. Ltd. Idled for a Month in China

CHEMMONITOR.COM - Singapore-based company SP Chemicals Pte. Ltd. is going to suspend operations at its vinyl chloride monomer (VCM) facility, which is situated in Jiangsu province (China). The company decided to close the plant for a month due to maintenance turnaround. The VCM plant produces about 300,000 metric tons per year.

In early September 2013, SP Chemicals Pte. Ltd. already idled its another (VCM) plant for the same reason.
