Idemitsu Kosan Co.,Ltd. to Idle Styrene Monomer (SM) Facility for Month

CHEMMONITOR.COM - Petroleum company Idemitsu Kosan Co.,Ltd. (Japan) plans to close its No.1 styrene monomer (SM) facility during a month-long maintenance turnaround scheduled for September 2014. The plant, which is situated in Tokuyama (Japan), produces about 120,000 metric tons of SM per annum.
