Mitsubishi Corporation Fulfilled Closure of its Facilities in Kashima

CHEMMONITOR.COM - In May 2014, Japan-based company Mitsubishi Corporation completed the shutdown of No. 1 ethylene facility and No. 1 benzene plant. Both facilities are located in Kashima (Japan).

The closure of the two plants is part of the structural reform of the company’s petrochemicals operations at the complex in Kashima.
