CHEMMONITOR.COM - Petroleum and natural gas company Saudi Aramco (Saudi Arabia) and chemicals and pharmaceuticals firm Sumitomo Chemical Co., Ltd. (Japan) reached an agreement to integrate the project Rabigh II (SAR 32 billion or USD 8.5 billion) into a JV known as Rabigh Refining and Petrochemical (PetroRabigh).
