Plant in Ulsan to Be Shut for Thirty Days

CHEMMONITOR.COM - South Korea-based company SK Global Chemical Co., Ltd. is going to idle its styrene monomer (SM) plant for a month in early August 2014. The facility is situated in Ulsan (South Korea) and has an annual capacity of 350,000 metric tons. The SM plant will be shut due to weak economic fundamentals.
