New Monoethylene Glycol (MEG) Facility to Be Operational in China in August 2014

CHEMMONITOR.COM - China-based company Xinjiang Tianye Group is expected to launch a monoethylene glycol (MEG) plant. The facility will be located in Xinjiang province. The future MEG plant with an annual production capacity of 250,000 metric tons is scheduled to be commissioned in August.

In 2010, the company started operations at its carbide-based polyvinyl chloride (PVC) facility with a capacity of 400,000 metric tons per year.
