Operations at New JV Plant in China to Launch in Q3 2014

CHEMMONITOR.COM - Shanghai 3F New Materials Company Limited (China) and Solvay SA (Belgium) completed the construction of a JV plant in Changshu (China). The plant will produce fluoromonomer TFE and PTFE polymers. The plant will come on stream in Q3 of 2014. The established JV is called 3F Solvay (Changshu) High Performance Polymers. The companies invested CNY 600 million (USD 96.7 million) in the project.
