Yara to Purchase Shares in Ammonia and Urea Complexes in France

CHEMMONITOR.COM– Borealis Chimie, a subsidiary of Borealis (Austria), will sell Yara (Norway) its shares in a urea plant and ammonia storage facility in Le Havre (France). Yara now owns 47.85% stake in the 320,000 mt/y urea facility in Le Havre. The sale will enable Yara to fully control the units.
