Lubrizol Corporation to Set JV with Sekisui Chemical Co., ltd.

CHEMMONITOR.COM - USA-based specialty chemical company Lubrizol Corporation is going to establish a JV with Japanese company SEKISUI CHEMICAL CO., LTD.

The companies plan to construct a chlorinated polyvinyl chloride (CPVC) resin plant in Thailand. The parties will invest approximately USD 50 million in the project. In the first phase, the partners will put up a CPVC resin facility with an annual capacity of 30,000 tonnes.
