Kemira to Put up Sodium Chlorate Plant in Brazil in 2016

CHEMMONITOR.COM - Helsinki-headquartered Finnish chemical company Kemira Oyj will supply the pulp mill of the Brazilian paper producer Klabin S.A. with sodium chlorate. The Klabin’s pulp mill is situated in Paraná.

Kemira is to set up a new sodium chlorate plant in H1 of 2016. The size of the investment into the projected plant remains undisclosed. Capital expenditure will rise by between 15%-25%, in 2014-2015.
