New Electrolysis Unit Brought On Stream at Jarrie Site in France

CHEMMONITOR.COM - French specialty chemicals company Arkema S.A. commenced an electrolysis unit at its Jarrie plant located in proximity to Grenoble (France). The company invested about EUR 100 million into the new unit in order to transform mercury electrolysis to the membrane technology. The start-up of the electrolysis unit is a part of the site’s modernization.

The Jerrie site is known as one of the leading hydrogen peroxide sites among other world sites.
