HaiKe Chemical to Sell Its Unprofitable Assets and a Portion of Financial Liabilities

CHEMMONITOR.COM – HaiKe Chemical (China) is going to restruct its operations and has concluded two sales and purchase agreements, which involve the divestment of the company’s assets and financial liabilities. HaiKe Chemical will sell its refinery and biochemical assets as well as the majority of debts which held back the development of its business.
