New Petrochemical Facility to Be Built in Duqm in Oman

CHEMMONITOR.COM - International oil and gas company based in England, BP, and the Oman government are negotiating the possibility to construct a large scale petrochemical facility at Duqm site (Oman). The projected plant, which is estimated at about USD 1 billion, is expected to produce acetic acid basing on patented technology, which is SaaBre process.
