Taiyo Vinyl Corporation PVC Plant in Yokkaichi to Be Off Stream for a Month

CHEMMONITOR.COM - Japan-based polyvinyl chloride (PVC) producer Taiyo Vinyl Corporation suspended operations at PVC facility for about a month due to maintenance turnaround. The plant with the annual capacity of around 310,000 metric tons was idled in mid March 2014. The PVC plant is located in Yokkaichi (Japan).

Furthermore, the company is going to shut its PVC facility at Osaka site (Japan) also for maintenance turnaround, which is predicted to begin in July 2014.
