CHEMMONITOR.COM – S-Oil (South Korea) is planned to put up USD 7.49 billion heavy oil upgrading and petrochemical facilities in South Korea. The firm will spend USD 4.7 billion till 2017 to establish petrochemical plants and the remaining amount will be invested later.
