Plant-based PET Materials Likely to Compete with Fossil Fuel-based Ones in the Foreseeable Future

CHEMMONITOR.COM - The Plant PET Technology Collaborative is a group of five world-known US companies such as The Coca-Cola Company, Ford Motor Company, H. J. Heinz Company, Nike, Inc. and  Procter & Gamble Co. that are aimed to accelerate and develop the usage of 100% plant-based polyethylene terephthalate (PET) materials. All the companies predict commercial viability of 100% plant-based PET material just in five years.

The Plant PET Technology Collaborative is moving on the rise of the percentage plant based material employed in PET products.
