CHEMMONITOR.COM - The U.S.-based synthetic natural gas producer Dakota Gasification Company (Dakota Gas) is apt to put up an urea unit at its Great Plains Synfuels Plant located in North Dakota (US). Beforehand, the company has to get approval from the board of directors. This new project includes the construction of a storage plant with the capacity of about 53,000 tonnes of granular urea and the construction of a load-out unit for trucks and railcars.

Granular urea finds its application mainly in the agricultural industry.
