New Cryogenic Plant in Brazil to Supply Steel Mill in Ceara with Industrial Gases

CHEMMONITOR.COM - USA-based industrial gases company Praxair, Inc. is to construct and run a cryogenic facility in Brazil within the framework of its contract to provide a new steel mill in Ceara with industrial gases.

Praxair’s projected plant with a daily production capacity of about 2,400 tonnes will manufacture nitrogen, argon, gaseous and liquid oxygen. The start up of the facility is planned for 2016.
