New JV to Build Plant in Saudi Arabia in 2018

CHEMMONITOR.COM - Saudi Arabia companies, Tasnee and Crital, and Japan-based company Toho Titanium Co., Ltd. inked the agreement to establish a JV. The parties are going to put up a new plant with annual capacity of 15,600 metric tons of titanium sponge at Yanbu Industrial City site in Saudi Arabia, in proximity to Cristal’s titanium dioxide (TiO2) plant. The construction is assessed at about USD 420 million.
