Belvtorpolimer Started Recycling Plant in Grodno

CHEMMONITOR.COM - Belarus-based company Belvtorpolimer, OAO has recently launched polyethylene (PE) and polypropylene (PP) recycling plant. The facility, which is assessed at BYR 30 billion, is located in Grodno.  The project is being implemented in accordance with the 2009-2015 state program of  material collection and recycling.

Currently, Belarus accumulates about 100,000-120,000 tonnes of waste polymers per year, while about 30,000 tonnes are recycled. At present, the company is poised to increase the production of recycled polymers.
