UPC Set to Build Its New Ethylene Plant in 2018

CHEMMONITOR.COM - Russia-based petchem JSC United Petrochemical Company (“UPC”) is planning to launch a new ethylene project in 2018. The plant with the capacity of about 1 million tons of ethylene will be located in Ufa. To implement a project, the company is going to create a JV with UPC’s share of 51%. The firm wants to share risks with the partner.
