Lanxess Enlarged its Cresol Production Facility in Leverkusen, Germany

CHEMMONITOR.COM - Lanxess AG, a specialty chemicals maker headquartered in Germany, has enlarged its cresol production site in Leverkusen by building a new reaction system and a further distillation column. With investments of EUR 20 million, the expanded facilities capacity will be boosted by just over 19%.

Cresols are utilised in the making of resins, agrochemicals, aroma chemicals and others.
