CHEMMONITOR.COM -  Saudi Arabia company Saudi Basic Industries Corporation (SABIC) is going to launch operations at its new synthetic rubber plant in 2015, despite all the rumors of a delay in the project. The capacity of the future facility is expected to reach 400,000 metric tons annually.
