CHEMMONITOR.COM - One of the world’s largest complexes for polypropylene (PP) production, Tobolsk-Polymer, combined two platforms. One of them with the annual capacity of 510,000 tons will produce propylene by the propane dehydrogenation technology. The other one will manufacture about 500,000 tons of PP per year.

Tobolsk-Polymer complex is built close to Tobolsk-Neftekhim, which is expected to supply Tobolsk-Polymer with more than 600,000 tons of propane per year.

Investments into new complex Tobolsk-Polymer are assessed at RUB 60 billion.
