Russian Petchem Company Launched New Expandable Polystyrene (EPS) Line

CHEMMONITOR.COM – The Russian petrochemical company with HQ in Moscow Sibur commissioned its new unit at the Perm site. The new line at the facility will produce about 51,000 metric tons of expandable polystyrene (EPS) per year. The startup of the new EPS line will increase the company’s annual output of the product to approximately 102,000 metric tons.

Sibur uses a special technology of the Austria-based EPS producer Sunpor at its new Perm line.
