Foster Wheeler Inked New Contract for Large-Scale Polymer Project in Singapore

CHEMMONITOR.COM – The Germany-based specialty chemicals company with headquarters in Leverkusen, LANXESS AG, has recently set up a contract with the Swiss engineering firm Foster Wheeler AG for the construction of a new unit.

The neodymium polybutadiene rubber (Nd-PBR) plant will be built in two years. It will be located in Singapore (Jurong Island).

The Swiss company has already collaborated with LANXESS while encompassing the front-end engineering works for the same project this year.

All the financial details remain obscure.
