Sibur-Khimprom Commissioned Second Line of Expandable Polystyrene (EPS) Production

CHEMMONITOR.COM – The Perm-headquartered Russian petrochemical company Sibur-Khimprom has lately launched the second line of expandable polystyrene (EPS) manufacturing. The line is estimated at approximately RUB 1.8 billion.

Currently, the capacity is assessed at about 50,000 tonnes annually. After the startup of the second line, the company’s output of EPS is likely to reach around 100,000 tonnes per year.
