New Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS) Unit to Be on Line in Russia in November 2012

CHEMMONITOR.COM – The Nizhnekamsk-headquartered (Tatarstan Republic) petrochemical company Nizhnekamskneftekhim (NKNH) is going to commence acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) polymer manufacturing.

The ABS polymer unit is expected to go on stream in November of the current year. The plant is assessed at around RUB 4.4 billion or USD 140 million and is able to manufacture roughly 60,100 metric tons annually. A design output is predicted to be reached by 2013.
