Japanese Petroleum Company Suspended Activities at Its Ethylene Unit

CHEMMONITOR.COM – The Japanese petroleum company with headquarters in Tokyo, Idemitsu Kosan Co.,Ltd., suspended operations at its unit. The reason of the shutdown is maintenance. The plant was brought off stream in early September of the current year.

The company, which is located in Yamaguchi Prefecture (Japan), is able to produce around 624,000 metric tons of ethylene annually.
