CHEMMONITOR.COM - North American polyvinyl chloride (PVC) suppliers announced a further increase in export prices, including prices for CIS countries.

Limited quotas for export and stable demand from individual export markets resulted in enhanced prices for PVC in the USA. Bids for CIS markets increased to USD 1,085 per tonne.

Agreements in terms of February shipments of North American PVC were assessed between USD 1,060 and USD 1,085 per tonne CFR Saint-Petersburg, and between USD 1,059 and 1,080 per tonne on a CIF Odessa basis.
