CHEMMONITOR.COM – From September, the Irving-headquartered US company is going to decrease US contract for butadiene. The butadiene will be nominated at high USD 1,900s per metric ton or about 90 cents per pound, down by about USD 130 per metric ton (over 5 cents per pound).

The reason for a dip in values is scarce consumption of butadiene. Some companies predicted more significant downward surge.
