Thrace Polyfilms and E.Vi.Sak Inked Binding Agreement

CHEMMONITOR.COM – Thrace Polyfilms, a Greece-based subsidiary of polypropylene (PP) products company Thrace Plastics, purchases E.Vi.Sak Hellenic Industry of Sacks and Plastic Materials. Thrace and E.Vi.Sak inked a binding agreement, according to which Thrace is set to buy 100% of the share capital and voting rights of E.Vi.Sak. The transaction is assessed at EUR 2.49 million.

E.Vi.Sak produces one- or three-layer films for packaging fertilisers. It also supplies raw materials for plastics. These raw materials are based on low density polyethylene (LDPE) and linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE).
