W.R. Grace and Company to Buy Part of Albemarle Corporation Business

CHEMMONITOR.COM – The US-based specialty chemicals producer, Albemarle Corporation, is set to sell part of its polyolefin catalysts and components business to an American chemical conglomerate W.R. Grace and Company. Assessed at USD 416 million, the deal excludes organometallics and curatives portions of the Performance Catalysts Solutions business. This part of business remains with Albemarle Corporation.
