Sirap-Gema Bought Two Subsidiaries from Reynolds Group Holdings

CHEMMONITOR.COM – Italy-based fresh food packaging producer Sirap-Gema has recently expanded its presence in the rigid food packaging market by acquiring two subsidiaries, Kama Europe and Reynolds Food Packaging Spain, from Reynolds Group Holdings. Both companies produce rigid plastic thermoformed food packaging trays. Sirap-Gema is planning to significantly expand its business in the rigid food packaging market.

The financial conditions of the acquisition remain undisclosed.
