Shanghai Secco Petrochemical Restarted Plant in Shanghai

CHEMMONITOR.COM – Chinese petrochemical company Shanghai Secco Petrochemical Co. Ltd. (SECCO) restarted its polyethylene (PE) facility in Shanghai after the unscheduled turnaround. The production at the plant was resumed on October 23, 2017. The company idled the PE plant in early October 2017. The facility was shut due to some technical problems. The PE plant has a capacity of 300,000 metric tons per annum.
