Taiyo Vinyl Corporation to Idle Its Yokkaichi Cracker in March 2016

CHEMMONITOR.COM – Taiyo Vinyl Corporation, a Japanese chemical producer, is going to undertake maintenance works at its cracker situated at the production site in Yokkaichi (Japan) for an unknown period. The company scheduled shutdown for March 2016. The cracker’s annual production capacity reaches 500,000 metric tons. Now, the company is operating the plant in full. Previously, Taiyo Vinyl idled the cracker for a maintenance turnaround in March 2015.
