Dow Chemical Company Sold Its PP Licensing and Catalysts Business

CHEMMONITOR.COM - US-based chemical conglomerate W. R. Grace and Company has recently purchased polypropylene (PP) licensing and catalysts business from US-based chemical corporation Dow Chemical Company. The completed acquisition, which includes UNIPOL PP process technology, amounted to USD 500 million.
