Evonik Industries Started New Facility in Argentina

CHEMMONITOR.COM - Germany-based industrial corporation Evonik Industries launched operations at its new plant located in Argentina. The plant produces biodiesel-production catalysts. An annual capacity of the facility reaches 60,000 metric tons. The new biodiesel-production plant is to cater mainly to the Argentina and Brazilian markets.

The facility will assist the company in strengthening business. Evonik Industries is planning to take part in the development of the biodiesel market in South America.

The company also possesses production sites in Germany and the USA.
