World Potash Producer Reorganized Its Structure in Mid April

CHEMMONITOR.COM – The Russia-based potash company Uralkali finished its reorganization. The producer completed the merger of the company, which is Kama Mining Company.

The merger was approved by special authorities in mid April of the existing year.

With the merger finished, Kama Mining Company is not a separate firm anymore. Previously, the company was held by the Uralkali’s affiliate.

Uralkali possesses about 20% of shares in the world potash market.

The producer provides over 12,450 people with work places.
