Russian Major Potash Company Increased Potassium Chloride (KCI) Output in Apr-Jun 2012, H1 2012

CHEMMONITOR.COM – The Berezniki-headquartered Russian major potash fertilizer producer Uralkali published its potassium chloride (KCI) production achievements for the period of April-June 2012 as well as of H1 of the existing year.

The company manufactured almost 3 million tonnes of KCI through Q2 of the current year. The figure increased by around 1 million tonnes if compared with the same period in 2011.

During H1 2012, Uralkali’s KCI production reached around 4.8 million tonnes, up by 1.7 million tonnes from H1 2011.
