Kraton Performance Polymers Dissolved Merger Agreement With Taiwanese Company

CHEMMONITOR.COM – Kraton Performance Polymers (the US) and LCY Chemical (Taiwan) terminated their plans of merging their operations. The deal fell apart after Kraton Performance Polymers intended to revise the terms of the deal. The firm inked a contract to combine its operations with styrenic block copolymer (SBC) division of LCY Chemical in January 2014.
