Eco Services to be Acquired by US Private Equity Company

CHEMMONITOR.COM – Solvay (Belgium) concluded an agreement with private equity company CCMP Capital Advisors (the US) to sell its Eco Services business for USD 890 million. Eco Services, headquartered in Cranbury (the US), recycles spent sulphuric acid and supplies it to refineries in West Coast, the Gulf of Mexico, Midwest and Canada.
