Total SA Sold Its Subsidiary to Italian Resins Firm

CHEMMONITOR.COM – France-based Total SA sold its subsidiary, CCP Composites, to Italian firm Polynt. The cost of the deal is unknown. CCP Composites is a producer of vinyl ester, gelcoats and polyester resins. The acquisition will enable Polynt to become the biggest composite resin manufacturer in Europe.
