Huntsman Sold its Surfactant Production Units in Italy and France

CHEMMONITOR.COM – US-headquartered company Huntsman sold its commodity surfactants division in Europe to Wilmar Europe (Singapore). The transaction includes the sale of an ethoxylation plant in Lavera (France) and a contract for buying sulphated surfactant materials from Huntsman’s plants in St Mihiel (France) and in Castiglione delle Stiviere (Italy).
