Meiji Seika Pharma Inked a Contract to Purchase Drugs Producer in India

CHEMMONITOR.COM – Meiji Seika Pharma (Japan), which is owned by of Meiji Holdings Co. Ltd (Japan), inked a contract to buy pharmaceutical firm Medreich Ltd (India) for USD 290 million.

Medreich owns a facility in India and is involved in making and merchandizing of a wide range of drugs in Asia, Australia, Europe, New Zealand and Africa.
